Please take a moment to let us know your availability and preferences on days to register a vendor table. This is not a guarantee but we will work diligently to meet your needs. If you have specific limitations, please list so below in the "special accommodations" field. 

Each 8 foot table is $35 with limit of 2 tables per vendor. Total will be calculated based on your selection. 

ADULT HOLD OF HARMLESS AGREEMENT:
The above named PARTICIPANT agrees to defend, protect, indemnify and hold harmless the St. Anne Catholic School & Parish as well as the Diocese of Superior against and from all claims arising from the negligence or fault of the named PARTICIPANT or any of their agents, family members, officers, volunteer helpers, partners, organizational members or associates in connection with the above ACTIVITY at the St. Anne Catholic School & Parish.

Additionally, the above named PARTICIPANT agrees to protect, defend, hold harmless and fully indemnify the above named PARISH and the Diocese of Superior for any claim or cause of action whatsoever arising out of the above mentioned activity which took place during the above identified DATES of ACTIVITY that is brought against the parish by the above named PARTICIPANT or their employees, agents, family members, officers, volunteer helpers, partners, organizational members or associates, whether such claim arises from the alleged negligence of the PARISH, its employees or agents, your negligence of individuals, companies, or their agents who are not a party of this contract.
