Tuition Charged vs. Actual Cost: The estimated cost to educate a child at St. Anne Catholic School is approximately $8,274.68 per year. However, due to support received from the cluster parishes’ subsidies, fundraisers, generous gifts and donations, only a portion of this cost (tuition) is expected of families. Families financially able to do so are encouraged to contribute the difference between the actual cost and the amount charged.

Tuition Grant: We welcome all learners and believe cost should not be a burden on parents who want a Catholic education for their child. We will work with all families who apply to form an affordable plan. Tuition is supplemented by the cluster parishes, generous community gifts, the Tuition Assistance Endowment Fund, and private donations. All tuition grant applications are due on June 15, 2025.

The FACTS fee for this is NOT part of tuition or school registration fee. This will run on the 5th or 20th of each month. Contact parish office by June 15th to enroll in FACTS (715) 247-1325.

OBLIGATION OF PARENT/FAMILIES

I agree to the following:
a) I have read, understand, and agree to make payments in accordance with the above payment schedule.
b) If I default on this contract, I agree to pay for all reasonable and necessary costs of collection incurred to collect
monies for services provided.
c) Awarded tuition grant monies will be credited to the account when the Parent/Family portion has been paid in
full.
d) There will be no refunds issued for absences due to illness or family vacations.
e) If instruction needs to be offered in an alternative format, I agree to continue paying my planned tuition amount.

SCRIP Fee: All St. Anne Catholic School families are to generate a minimum of $375 in SCRIP profit for the 2025-2026 school year. I understand if I do not meet the minimum SCRIP fee, I will pay the balance by May 31, 2026. I will receive a tuition credit of 75% of the SCRIP profits I generate after the $375 minimum is met. I may opt out and pay the fee in full (see handbook for more information on SCRIP fee).
