In middle school, students will:
- Particpate in literature circles.
- Present informational and persuasive speeches.
- Present researched information using the inquiry process.
- Write informational papers, including a properly cited research paper, and a fictional story.
- Use various reading strategies to closely analyze text.
- Write and present book talks on independent reading books.
- Collaborate and present various projects.
